If you want to exchange the purchased product for another size or another model, there is nothing easier 🙂 Just let us know by email: email@example.com and send the product to our address below. After receiving your package, we will send you a new item as soon as possible.
- If our products do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
- You do not have to return the item to us.
- You do not need to provide a reason for the return, however, it will be very important information for us to be able to continuously improve our brand.
- Returns are not required.
- The returned product must not bear traces of use, should have all tags attached and must be returned with a receipt.
- For returns, first inform us by sending an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then pack the parcel and put inside the completed return form which you can download TU or handwritten order number and your data.
- In the return form, also provide us with the account number to which you want to return the money.
- Along with the return form, contain in the package the receipt attached to the order.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of us receiving the parcel.

- Products purchased in Denimou store are covered by 2 year warranty.
- All products are subject to warranty.
- Claims are subject to all products with hidden defects through the fault of the manufacturer. Complaint will not be subject to mechanical damage or goods in which there has been interference of third parties such as sewing corrections.
- Claims are processed within 14 days of receipt of the package.
- To claim a product, please fill in a form available TU, and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and description of product damage.
- After receiving your complaint information, we will contact you to arrange the details of warranty procedure.
- Replaced product should be sent back by courier to the address: Denimou, Żeromskiego Street 1/515, 01-887 Warsaw.
